Our Annual Walk-a-Thon 2023

This year the 2023 WWO Walkathon will span approximately 4 km through Mount Royal Park on the island of Montreal. Information booths include a starting point, and a dietitians' booth, a healthy food station. We will be supported by volunteer nurses, dietitians and surgeons from the McGill University Health Center and Westmount Square Surgical Center.

You will be guided through the Boucle du Sommet, and we will ascend to the highest point of Montreal for a beautiful birds-eye view.

A pioneer in the field of bariatric surgery, Dr. Michel Gagner, will join us as a keynote speaker, and he will address obesity at the end of the walk.

Sign up for updates about raffles, prizes, and to receive your official T-Shirt and bag package for the walk. Rain or shine, we will be there.

If you would like to help facilitate the event, please reach out to the event leaders below. On behalf of our volunteer staff, we thank you for your donations to make this event a memorable one.
